My name is Ernie Eichhorn, I have owned and operated a trash hauling company here in Fairfield county for over seven year. I enjoy my work though my true passion is 100 yards in the thicket, 20 feet up a tree, surrounded by deer, with my trusty Richwood bow at my side. I guess you can say I was hit with the outdoor stick, hard. I started trapping at an early age and before long I was running a fairly large fur line.

The sly red fox and coyotes were my specialty. All the knowledge I learned as a fur trapper has made me the successful hunter I am today. I soon developed a love for hunting deer and other big game. I started off gun hunting here in Ohio and West Virginia which quickly lead me to my true love, bow hunting monster whitetail deer. In the last seven years, I have hunted in nine states and two different counties. Some of my more memorable hunts include Alberta black bears, Artic Circle Muskoxen, South Dakota Buffalo, Colorado Elk, Wyoming Antelope and Ohio Whitetail deer. As a seasoned hunter I feel as though it is time for me to follow my passion by providing fully guided hunts for whitetail deer enthusiasts. I am not only prepared, I am excited to hunt with you.


Bob Kid (AKA Sponge Bob) is general contractor by trade and an exceptional deer hunter by heart. I have been friends with Bob for many years and have enjoyed a number of hunting adventures with him. Bob bagged his biggest whitetail deer in 2006 on Double E’s hunting ground in Muskingum county. This impressive eight point show the determination and skill of this expert hunter. Bob works a great deal behind the scenes.

With excellent bow hunting skills, he is an ace at stand placement and concealment. When that shooter buck strolls by, you have Bob to thank. All his stands are set with precision to get you the perfect shot. Bob is a huge asset to the Double E Outdoors team and we are proud to have him working for us.


Justin Myers (AKA Reffike) a college student by week and a weekend warrior by Friday, he has several of his own trophy bucks and is a total outdoors enthusiast. He works all summer on food plots, mineral stations and camera placement. He has studied our deer and is extremely knowledgeable on breeding, and bedding patterns.

Justin not only brings us a lot of ideas he is also employed on the weekends to help out with some of our hunts. His keen tracking skills have proved to be a great benefit. He works hard to insure your enjoyment and safety. Justin is an enormous asset to the Double E team and a pleasure to have around.
